Where do I find chassis number?

Where do I find chassis number?
My uncle just bought a 1995 E320 Sedan and I'm trying to help him find brake pads, rotors, and sensors for front and rear.

I came across a couple of places that refer to chassis numbers B 864307 and/or B 864308.

Where can I find this number for proper fitment?

Your chassis number is 124.032 if you have the 3.2L gas engine.

the numbers you are listing are not chassis numbers.

it's the VIN
Parts guys reference the VIN of the car. The last 6 or so digits are the actual serial number. The VIN will sufice to get the correct parts.

Many parts lists and other documentation interchange VIN and "chassis number."

124.xxx is not the chassis number, it's the model number.
