radio issues

radio issues
the other day when i was at work my radio was stollen out of my car. this sucks because i work at a small auto shop and my car was parked right out front. so it doesnt make sense that i didnt see it. to make it worse they yanked the crap out of it! anyways there was an aftermarket radio that was in it when i first got the car, and it worked. now i am trying to put a new one back in it, and all it does is flash. also when i turn the key, the click right before the acc. position the alarm horn beeps(only once)
does anyone know WTF is going on, or better yet have a color code diagram?
any help would be great
