removing side rear windows in 300te???

How do I remove the aluminum trim, then the windows on the rear sides of a 1989 300te. I have to replace the gaskets, they leak and are rotting the metal underneath. Firstly, I fear bending and ruining the trim...2nd-ly...breaking the window. Other than that, I am fine.

Removal and installation of electric window lift on rear door

Let rear window completely run down.

Force molding from door inside actuation, remove in forward direction and pull electric plug coupling from rocker switch.
Remove door lining.
Pull off plastic foil.

Open plug coupling and pull out electric connecting cables for window lift motor.
Expose connecting cables up to grommet on door inside plate.

Remove safety bracket on window lifting rail.

Extend guide member out of window lifting rail.
Set window in upward direction and protect with plastic wedge against falling down.
Unscrew nuts on window lift motor as well as screws on window lift guide rail at top and below.
Extend window lift out of locks in door inside plate and remove window lift with motor in downward direction out of assembly opening. Installation Caution: Actuate electric cable control for rear window lift only in installed condition, since it will be operational only in combination with door inside plate (risk of damage)
Insert window lift via assembly opening in door, while guiding the connecting cable through grommet in door inside plate.

Introduce lock of window lift guide rail at top into door inside plate.

Insert lock of window lift guide rail below into door inside plate.

Insert window lift with threaded bolt into door inside plate and fasten.
For further installation proceed vice versa. Note: Connect the electric cables provided with numbers to plug coupling, making sure that numbers are identical.
