An other TURBO Thread

Hi, every one:

I have been reading MBW for quite a while now, but I had not post until just now.

Any way I am the proud owner of a W124, E320, 1995, 120K Miles.

The car has fresh Paint, New mercedes leather upholstery, new seats, good stereo system, chrome 17" wheels.

I love the car but I feel is a bit shy on the poweer end, I been reserching a Turbo from Mosselman. the particular model for my aplication would bif up the numbers from 220 HP stock to 305 hp after the turbo.

The cost of the complete kit is $ 7,500.00 + about $ 1,500.00 to get it installed.

Any comments, shall I or Shall I not?

for 7500 its a waste of money. since you live in houston i can fwd you a guy who can custom build you a turbo kit for your car and you pick the power range and driveability youre looking for. and itll be WAY less than $7500 installed.

also, welcome

would be interested if you go with this at the power specs and info on it as i was toying with the idea of down the road doing this to my car, but first i have to do some other stuff. Good luck and look forward to hearing more about this build-up. Does anyone know someone or has done this before?

why convert it when you can just buy a used E420 in superb condition for that price...

You mean an e420 engine only? do you know what would be involved? are there any electrionic repercutions? what kind of HP and Torq can it be expected?

If you can fill me in in this topic It would be an option.

Thanks so much
