AMG Monoblocks are played out. It's pretty go a different route and get different wheels. Perhaps custom wheels.

I'd definitely go with the Brabus wheels, how much is he selling those for?

I think i might go for AMG as I have my tires (225/45-17)

BUT does it fit as it is 7.5 front and 8.5 rear...

I would love to get BRABUS but due to the level of the tire 225/45-17 which is very low, I changed my mind as I am a daily highway driver. and I had bad experiance with 18's ( brok one )

The most important question is: what is the offset of these rims?

Width isn't enough to go on. I have 18x8's, ET35 with rolled fenders on H&R Springs and 225/40/R18's. No rubbing, but you definitely need to have your fenders rolled.

I MIGHT be able to fit 8.5's in the rear with ET35's, but it would be very close. If you stuck with 225/45's on the 17x8.5's, which would give the tires a stretched look, it would help fitment in the rear. 8.5's in the front at et35 would not work without other modifications.

Make sense? There are a lot of variables when you put aftermarket rims on your car:

Rim width, Rim height, Rim offset, thickness of the tire, width of the tire, suspension height. They are all related, so all of these variables must be known. If you're unsure, ask your friend if you can do a practice fitment. Take each rim, slap a tire on it, and install it. The only money you're out is the cost of the tire shop's labor. That's assuming that your friend lives in your area.

hello all,

I have finally installed the AMG rims.. they are Et 37, Front 7.5 Rear 8.5

with my tires which are 225/45-17... but I feel a bit sad. I loved it much with the C rims than with the AMG's But will work for the time being. Then might of going back to C's if I get a VERY claen rims. coz mine are smashed.

Pic will be posted later and you will see before and after..

I was in love with the BRABUS, but they were all 8.5 so can put them in the front and didn't want to go for a mod. ( no money, broke )
bye
