w202 adaptor?

where can i find a w202 shaft or a w124-w202-w203 adaptor shaft for my 300E shifter? I just bought a sweet w203 shift knob but I need a shaft for it to install properly on my car. Any ideas?

Tell you what to do... I did this with a w202 shift knob I had on my 400E. Take off your stock shift knob, cut it open, and remove the foam etc from the rod. With this done figure if you need to shorten the rod, if you do bust out the hack saw. Once you have the right length, put the rod back in the car minus any knob. then when it is in the right position, take a hot glue gun, and fill the inside of the knob(with the trim ring on the bottom) with hot glue and shove it on the rod. Bingo. Done. Ghetto, maybe, but it works!
