When airbags deploy there is an explosion of talc and airbag and BTW, the bags DO NOT STAY INFLATED. If you notice, the guy does not look like he has been sprayed with white powder. Every wreck I've ever been to where bags deployed had people that looked like silent movie stars because of the talc all over their face. Also, the force with which those things deploy will often rupture blood vessels in your eyes or leave you at least saying to yourself "what the f@ck just hit me?!?!?!?". The guy just calmly looks like he's thinking "gee whiz, I guess I shouldn't be so rude."
Also, if that's all the force it takes to deploy an airbag, they'd be going off all over the place.
