Ebay is a crap shoot, I have been screwed there royaly on one occasion. I tell you where to find good parts for your MB just down the street. NAPA! The NAPA in my town has a deal with IMC(european parts distributor), and I can get parts ordered in the morning sometimes by the end of the day and the prices are as good as you will find. I bought a timing chain there recently and it was under $40, OE supplier. Give them a try.

Stay away from non-Mercedes motor mounts. What you get from aftermarket is hard rubber that transfers engine vibration through the car. I bought a set of motor mounts off Ebay for my 190E. The olny thing that cured the vibration for installation of Mercedes motor mounts!
