Good luck trying to fit 10" wide wheels in the rear, Especially if you don't have a 500E.

Exclamation

So Guys, I got my clk wheels from ebay yesterday only to find out my bolts are far too long for these wheels.

do you guys think OEM CLK bolts will fit my wagon?? OR will I have to do some serious modifications to make these rims fit??

I should have thought of this and I COMPLETELY bypassed it

any help would be appreciated

Henry, Just go out and buy shorter lug nuts for your car. Problem solved!

Negative sir.

keep in mind that some wheels have conical nuts and others have ball (aka circular) nuts.

So there is a considerable difference in which bolts are SAFE to use and which are not and I'm having a hard time finding the latter

I had the same prolem. Some guy that I ordered my wheels from said since they manufacture the wheels I bought, it takes a certain kind of lug that only they supply. They were only $20 for the set, but some wheels I saw require lugs that are $50-$100 a set...burn

lots of cars
You will need to grind down the rear lug bolts even if they say they fit because they will still rub on the emergency brakes..
