Advice on Emission Test.

So as suspected, my car does not pass the Emission Test.

I'm sure my car needs a catalytic. Just looking under the car, I can visually see it's rotted and looks like it's totally shot... and it does rattle.

So what to do? Do retro-fit a universal cat? Will it effect anything?

they should have told you what was wrong with the car during/after the test.

you should get a print out from the emission shop.

Hey hey no funny talk about Canada.

lots of cars
Well change the spark plugs, oil, air filter...change the o2 sensor and try to take it in on the warmest day possible....

You want to run your car on the road for atleast 30min...
I do this but it's up to you if u want to...I take out the fuse for the aux fan so my car can run really really hot...and floor it a couple of times....what your trying to do is to get your catalytic converter really hot....
