dim lights

Anyone ever deal with a dim headlight...it was dim on the passenger side and I would adjust the wires and they would function.Well, now the drivers side is acting up and theres no quick fix this time.My neighbor said that it may be a ground problem. How the hell do I track down the ground problem. Is there a headlight harnest that can be replaced

check all the connections and make sure they are clean and tight. I could understand the ground problem. As i recall, the headlights ground within 1-2feet of the assembly.

i just went out to check but didn't see it ne where obvious. It's easier to just take out the headlight assembly (not very tough) and trace the wires. I'm no electrical wiz but grounds should never be very far from the device if i recall correctly. I think each side should have its own ground. Make sure u aim ur headlights again if u take them out.

If you take out the assembly, you don't have to re-aim it.
