Blows Central Lock fuse, X30, drivers Kick Panel

My Fuse "C" blows the instant you replace it (burns your finger ).
The circuit runs a bunch of stuff including Central Locking, Amps, antenna, and a bunch of lights. Many good candidates for a short. Also makes your seat belt warning light blink which I already covered with elec tape.
I already checked all the lights, unplugged antenna, unplugged everything I could get at.
So, the circuit runs from the fuse right to a connection block (X30) located behind driver's side Kick Panel where it divides into four fairly even leggs. If I could get at X30 it would narrow the search or at least I could dissconnect the bad leg and get 3/4s of my stuff back working (I hope its not my amp).

So, I can't find anywhere how to remove the kick panel?
Unless you can just tell me what's shorted.
You guys are the best.

BTW finally got wheels - real AMG which I hope to sport picts soon

If it's tied to a bunch of interior lights and the seatbelt etc, maybe there is an issue with one of your door pins...short there?

Thanks Zorro
Yeah, I had a nightmare about that last night. The doors seem like real good possibilities. But which door do I rip apart?
X30 will tell me at least which side of the car if I can get the kick panel off to get to it.

I got this picture of the panel I need to remove to get to X30:

I'd ask the guy selling this one on ebay how to do it but he cracked his and besides I need to know how to remove a tan one not a blue one.

Hey Zorro,
How do you think these rims would look on a green TE. They're 17s but I want 17s.

I'm not a fan of chrome, that's just my opinion though...the AMG's always look good style-wise it just depends if you want them silver, chrome or whatever...17's are a good size if you want to keep some comfort in the ride...

The reason I need to get the "drivers left kickpanel" off is to get at
terminal block "X30"

That's the brake peddle in lower right of the picture.

The manual says, "Behind driver's left kickpanel"

I can't see how to get the kickpanel off does anyone know?
Please.

I don't know if it will be readable, but here is a wiring diagram of Fuse C.
