sway bar bushings

I guys,

I want to replace the front sway bar bushings, but when i removed the old ones the bar was a litle wear on the 4 spots where the bushings sit, now if i put the new ones they have some "slack", any thing i can do besides buying a new bar?

Check your bushings. There are three or four different diameter sway bars, with bushings sized for each.

Perhaps you have a bar/bushing mismatch. The bushing should not be able to change the bar diameter.
