E500 get's no love...
This breaks my heart, and pisses me off! You shouldn't treat a car of this caliber like this, get an effin 240 mang!

1993 040 500E
I saw this vidio about a month or so ago on 500Ecstasy.com. Most of our members that commented thought the guy was kind of an idiot. Notice that he had a cracked windshield when making the 260kmph run. Not smart.
Personally my rear tires cost $350.00+ apiece at tirerack.com and I do not look forward to replacing them. I cringe at all that tire smoke.
Most comments refered to the supposedly quote 'supercharged engine'. Everybody thought it was a stock E500 with the traction control disabled. Top speed 260kmph / 161.46mph is attainable with a stock E500E possibly a performance chip was installed if the speedo was correct.
Bottom line the car can take the abuse but you hate to see it.
