atf level - 95 e320

Hi, all.

I drained both the pan and torque converter (did not open pan to replace filter). How much atf should be put back in?

Manual states when doing fluid change, refill is 6.6 quarts.

That sounds about right. It's best to measure what was drained out, refill about a half quart short, then trim the level after a long drive.

6 is correct. I switched to synthetic ATF, with Lucus additive and it shifts like new.
