Please take a picture of the locking mechanism on back bow part of the top where it locks into the hole in the tonneau. We were trying to unlatch the lock to open the top and are unsure of the direction that the latch needs to travel to release it.

Unfortunately when it comes to the tops on our cars we can only put the top on manually not down. If the top is up and things don't work to put the top down, there is no possible way to get the top down.
I did get my problem solves it was the fuses. Once they were replaced, the top had to be re-synced. Everything works now.
