91 300CE ignitionl control module ezl
Well, my 91 300CE buddy has been down for 3mo due to a bad ignition control module. I hate to see her just rot.
The one that is bad apparently is from a 300SL -- 013 545 8323
and was replaced about 5 years ago.
Where does a mere mortal get one of these?
Has anyone been able to modify the cable harness to use a more common module from a 300E?

1993 Mercedes 300e 4-matic (m103 motor)
try ebay. Alot of the people on there are people who own junk yards so most parts come with like 6 month warrenties? also what is your car doign with the bad EZL

300TE / 300E / 300CE
I just replaced mine with a used not easily found ICM. Do a search here, this has been discussed. A couple of places rebuild them (one in Germany and one in FL) but at over $1k plus shipping, you may want to buy new. These are another unique/rare = pricey part of the coupes.
