500E Cabrio . . .

Just came across this on the german EBay, looks like someone took a 320 cabrio and put a 500e flare kit on it?, but it looks different in other ways than just the fenders . . .

Check it out, if anyone wants to translate please post the translation here

Listing is for Evo rims only and you need to collect from Munich ! Use this for translation if you use non-English sites with any regularity

With several hours of work a person can actually make their existing fenders bulge out like that. My front fenders bulge out more than usual cause I took a chair out with me with a dead blow hammer or mallet and spent about 25-45 on each fender. Which is probly why I can fit wider rims than most. If I had more knowledge about how to use a torch I could possibly bulge my fenders out like that. I came across this thought when I rolling my fenders with a hammer.

Well it looks quite good but surely its no 500e coupe.
It seems that what they are trying to sell are the rims and not the car, although I would like to see what engine has that car. Maybe they did a full conversion an inserted a V8.

500E Signal Rot
Based on the picture, the car has 500e fenders and a 500e front bumper. No rear fender mods are visiable in the picture.

That is definitely just 500E fenders and front bumper which looks HORRIBLE in my opinion...do it all or leave it stock.

Evo wheels are getting played out...think outside the box...

I still think the evos and moblock AERO 1 and 2s look the best... they fit the lines and style of our cars so well...
