In a 1995 E 320??

The a/c is cold in the center vents and hot in the side,top and to the feet area.I put a new heater control valve ( mono or dual Valve) and still the same.Any advice PLEASE.

I could be wrong but I believe in our cars the AC only com'es out of the centre vents, why dont you just shut off the side vents?

I have cold air from side and center vents. I have a 15 meg .pdf of how the HVAC works, but it's too big to post. The strange thing is it doesn't mention the side vents and what feeds them. I am thinking the problem is still related to the mono valve or the output that controls it because if it is working properly than there should be no warm air coming out anywhere when the system is calling for cooling.
