I am in contact whith SFRO to make it roadlegal...
Just what I thought , we don't have that many racetracks in Sweden
but a lot of open space and not very crowded good country roads.

To explain, SFRO is a Swedish organisation who cooperate with the
Traffic and M O T authorities and preispect and help car and motorbike
builders to get the roadworthy certifficate and ability to drive leagally
there homebrew, thanks for that opportunity.

Just need this for my WIFE and make her happy in the evenings..Roger

That is one fun looking project. Way to go.

A couple of questions. Are you overboring the motor and if so are you sleaving the cylinders or recoating with nikasil?

On the tranny, why did you choose the T56 [a good choice by the way]? We decided to go with the ZF 6 Speed for the conversion but it could go either way. What bell housing are you using to mate the transmission to the M119?

Any tunnel mods necessary to make the T56 fit? That was one of the considerations we had when we went with the ZF.

Have you worked out all the linkage issues yet on the tranny conversion?

Looks like a great project. Do you have an finish date in mind or is it whenever it gets done?

I am overboring and sleaving the cylinders. It is not much overboring... but just a bit.

We will put out 600bhp... so I whated an built proof transmission... so I thought the T56 sounded good.

Well I have decided not to use the T56... so that transmission is for sale... so I am going to use a sequential transmission insted...

I hope to have this car done to this spring..

absolute mad work!!!
keep it up, and by all means, it will be the "most worked" w124 ever!!!
btw, how mutch are you boring out off the engine?
will the autronic replase entyrelly (spelling might be off) the ecu?
i might have all sorts off questions regarding the autronic, since this part (electronics) is pretty much left out in projects, and i'm learning everything as i go... reading and reserching.... from scratch
and, do you really think you can make wide body conv. for CE?
if so how mutch, and were to send it?!

The first never come out perfect. So when you finish, you can give me that one, and you can do it all over again but use my car.
