Hello ! I m new here
Hello ! my name is rouven,i m coming from germany (pforzheim is the city,it lay between stuttgart and karlsruhe).but living and working since beginning of july 2007 in kuwait for the general distributer for mercedes.zod also a member of this forum tells me about and now here i am.i own a e500 with a lot modifications and a super rare evo2 190e with only 35tkm on the clock.
now they park good protected and covered in my garage at home in germany.
the modifications of the e500 are:alcantare roof paneling (sand grey,bmw color)alcantara a-b-c- pillar covers (black),black leather and alcantara dashboard and center console,g400 shifter (with wood and leather and the v8 emblem on the top),complete rebuild engine with bigger pistons cams etc..,rebuild gearbox,longer rear achsle center peace from e400,brabus ecu with no speed limiter,brabus speedometer,19 inch amg rims,clk63 6pod calipper brake system with 360mm discs,metal catalythic converters (2 a 200cpi),brabus exhaust system with only one noise damper,bi xenon from 211 with self leveling system from w210 e class,aps 30 navigation........
here are some pictures,i hope you can read and understand my english.
if you want i can upload more pictures.....

thx! this are normal 2 peace 8,5 x 19 amg 5 double spoke rims with 245,35 r 19 continental sport contact 2 tyres.the next set of tyres will be pirelli p zero corse sporttyres.

Can you please post more pictures (the more the better) of your E500? Including the interior. I would like to see the alcantara pieces as well as the Brabus Instrument Cluster.
Love what you did with the car from what I can see. The 030 63 AMG brakes look amazing on your car. I think its time for myself to upgrade from my C32 AMG's to those now.

the speedometer,ecu upgrade without speedlimiter was made by brabus for the only preowner.i change the differential and when i rebuild the engine i also install the brabus cams.i bought the cams from my old company in germany.the installing of these breaks are not easy,because you have to modify the stoppers of the steeringangle (do you know what i mean)about this i have got some pictures i will post it after work today.

did you mod or trim the steering knuckle at all or was the only mods I see from the picture was the trimming of the protection plate and brake lining? With my C32 brakes I simple just used rear piston of an CL600. Didn't have to do any modifications to the steering knuckle just had to get some adapters for the brake line. I'm afraid I will run into more problems however with the 6-Piston's and now I'm wondering if I have to run 19's rather than 18's as I originally planned.

@chrisdpham: attached two pictures you can see the red marked areas where i did the modifications and also there were are the green arrows,in this area i have made a hollow for the brake line conector,but you can not see this on this pictures.in the moment i hve got no better like this.you need also 2 spacers for each calipper, outer diameter 26mm,inner diameter 14mm , thickness 3,2mm.
