I would like to find out how to solve the problems with my W124 1989 260E :

1) high rpm at 1000 when idle instead of 600 to 700 rpm
2) hard start most of the time after few hours when starting engine (it will crank & will start all the time with sometimes 'keeeeit ' sound when hard start occurs seems like it's the starter sound) but once started there's no hard start if switch off & restart car immediately.
