How to tighten up Steering Box on a W124 300CE

Today I jacked up my car and found out that the front wheel had some free-play. My friend checked and told me I needed to re-tighten the steering box.

Any idea on the correct procedure and torque settings?? My car's a W124 300CE

Thanks.

I've been searching the forums for this answer too, for I have the same problem.
The closer I got was this:

Good luck. I haven't done mine yet. Let me know your results, please. I'll inform about mine as soon as I do it.
