last couple problems...
first..front suspension..
has anyone had a problem with squeaking in the front suspension area? every little tad rock or bump in these crap houston streets, my squeaks..and its annoying as hell...looked at everthing i can, new bushings on the sway bar..and it still squeaks...
second..my sunroof dosent work..anyone have a diagram for a 300e sunroof? electrical, vacuum, mechanical...anything and everything..

Lot of things can cause squeeks. The worst to fix are ball joints and struts. If any little bump does it then see if just pushing on hood does it. if so then get a piece of hose and listen around for it.
The sun roof motor is behind the left (driver's side), rear seat back and works the roof by cables. Not sure if you can get at it from trunk (since I have a TE
). See if the motor gets juice when you push the button. Maybe can change the brushes in the motor if it does get juice but doesn't draw current. If draws current but doesn't turn (stalled) then something is jammed or rusted.

well i fixed the squeaks..so thats done..
but the sunroof is another story..i found the switch on the roof panel was disconnected...but when i go to move the sunroof it gets stuck..opens on one side only..so how do i get in to where the sunroof actually is? do i need to take the headliner down?

In the supplied MB tool kit there is a manual crank socket supplied. Nice, in case the roof hangs out on the road, in the rain. The socket is inserted right onto the drive motor shaft.
The sunroof drive motor operates cables that do the magic. Have you tried rotating the motor manually while someone helps the roof through possible binding tracks? The tracks can get dirty and cause binds. If excessive pressure is needed to rotate the motor or push-pull the roof you may have a bigger problem. A light grease applied to the tracks may free it once it's pulled to full open.
