e420 DTC question..

e420 DTC question..
good day everyone.. my CEL was on and the DTC is throwing 9 blinks... does anyone know what this means.. and what i have to do to fix it? thanks a bunch!!

thanks for the link Jim! that helped out a bunch.. well acording to Jim's page 9 blinks means.. Intake air temperature sensor.. now the question is.. does anyone know a part number??? any help would be greatly appreciated!
