if you cant fit those rims, then youre not trying hard enough.

remember, anything is possible (carwise at least) with enough money, and often enough, stupidity.

Enzo, my Benzo
Maybe you can't fit those EXACT, older Carlsson 2/6's but you CAN fit the nicer, newer ones!

18x8 with 215 tires will work on a slammed W124, I did it.

I'm hoping the down-under dollar conversion is substantial. $4000 for rims and tires... ouch. That's a lot of Vegemite.

lots of cars
This is my list of wheels i've put on my car..

Brabus Monoblock V Replicas 20x8 all aroundwith 225/35/20 *for sale*

Lorinser LM5 19x8.5 all around with 235/35/19

Launch SL500 Wheels Chrome 18x8.5 18x9.5 front 235/40/18 front and 255/35/18 rears

These pretty much rubbed on hard corners but not in daily driving. Also it all depends on the offset of the wheels. Mines always worked with 35-40mm but it's easier to get a higher offset and then put hub centric spacers and longer bolts.

*Current* 18x8 35mm offset 225/40/18 and 245/35/18 and i lowered it with eibach springs but doesn't rub at all...
