Asa St2??
These are discontinued but does anyone have them on their W124? 18X8 ET 37mm with 225 40 18. Are they hubcentric for Mercedes and will they clear with H&R sport springs and Bilstein sport shocks.

I run an 18 x 8 ET35 AMG replicas with 225/40-18 Falken FK452 tires.
Suspension is H&R sports lowering springs with Bilstein HD shocks and Sportline sway bars front and rear.
No interference or rubbing with the ET35 and the ET37 is less then a tenth of an inch difference.

lots of cars
Yeah i know what you mean. I also think it has to do with some tires having extra rubber on the sidewall for lip protection. I went from falken 512s to michelin ps2 and i was able to fit 245/40/18 on the rear with no rubbing except on really hard corners. I'm going to try 255/35/18 next and see if that fits.
I have 18x8 38mm offset so i think with something like 44mm i can fit 255s in the rear? I still have an inch from the tire to the inner fender so i think i can pull it off. I'm also thinking of putting a wider 18x8.5 or 9 with a 235/35 tire but the offset has to be exact.
First i'm going to buy the tire and then figure out the offset i need to make it fit.

Yeah it has a great lip with a slight polish. In fact I like the way they look more than the authentic AMG 18x8 monoblock which has a very minimal lip. I asked berti about his wheels but he hasn't responded.

berti's wheels are not the asa ones, his are something else, and they have a wicked lip... i THINK his rears are 9.5 wide?? no idea what make though, if he gets back to you, post it up here...
