bump... to answer my own question, I called MBUSA and they confirmed that yes we w124 owners have road side assistance which includes; up to 3 gallons of gas, change of a good spair tire, and/or to jump a dead vehicle battery. The roadside assistance does NOT include towing.

ugh i havnt gotten paid at all from my new job and im hella broke.

Ive been putting the minimum in my tank every day to keep the light off. I hate doing this. Its so much easier to just top it off.

Im afraid ill run out one of these days and get stranded. Ughh..damn holidays..
