Question 230ce head light modification???

hi all,

i have 230ce model 1989 with the old head light shape, square,like this:



is it possiple to change the head light so the new 1993 curved shape??

headlghts will bolt on directly, but you will have a gap unless you replace the hood also...

To convert to a 94-95 all you need is a hood and headlights. It's pretty much just a bolt on. No modification needed but maybe you need new headlight sockets.

Correction:

All you need is a 94-95 hood. The old headlights will work.

Oh wait. Do you have 87-93 U.S. style lights or euro lights? If you have US style, change them cause it will look like poop.

Regarding the euro headlamp, if you're on a budget you can actually just replace the lens to fit the newer hood using your old headlamp assy.

AGAIN, you don't NEED the lenses if you have euros. The hood will close on the older lights.
