Electricity Distributer
What is the name of the part which is responsible for distributing electricity in a 1992 300CE? it is square shaped and comes in what is known as 4 or 8 pin connectors. I'm trying to find a cheaper price for it on the Internet but can't get the name right

and how does effect on the overall performance of the car?
