94 E320
security system problem
In my 94 E320 lately the alarm system is going wild. As I drive saddenly the doorlocks will close, and then a minute later the alarm will go off. I have to pull over, stop, get out and reset the alarm by closing-opening door locks with the key. It does not happens every day, but couple of times a week. May be somebody can suggest what should I look at.

This has been a problem brought before on every MB forum.
If I don't remember bad the problem seems to be the connection on the key hole of the driver's side (which is the one we use more) Check the wires for rust. And if it is not this but the cilinder you can interchange it with the passenger's side. In that case your alarm will go off only if you lock/unlock the car on that door (less frequent)
