87 300E climate fan problem

The fan for the interior is very intermittent lately as to when it wants to work and when it doesn't. Some days it won't work at all and others it doesn't miss a beat. Any suggestions?

Look at the diagram found in post #11 in the following thread. Try the relay for the AC/Heater Electronic Blower Regulator, N29 on this diagram. It's hard to tell from the pic, but I think I read somewhere that you access it through the center vents. https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w124/229237-turn-off-automatic-headlamp-washers.html
