I am looking for an older w124 to fix up for little cash
Hi guys i am new to the forum, but i am glad to be here.
Anyways.... i have been in love with the w124 since i was a kid and i am finally finished with all my other projects and ready to start another. So i am asking any of you if you have a w124 that needs minor repairs or cosmetic issues that you could let off your hands for cheap. Please let me know, i am very serious about aquiring one. By the way i am located in flagstaff, AZ 150 miles north of phoenix.

I know of an '89 here in Houston..........
It's on a used lot close to my house, so I assume it's at least drivable. I think it had a price just south of $4K on the windshield. Don't know of the condition though. E-mail me seperately if you're interested and I'll check it out and send pics if you want.
Also, I know of an '88 300 wagon that's in pretty good shape for less than $5K. I've driven this one and it does drive good and the interiors in pretty good shape. They've had it on the lot for a while and I know they want to deal on it.
But to be honest, this is like any other car. The better the condition, the more you're going to pay. If you want a car that's already in good shape with only minor things to do, you're probably not going to pick it up for a sont.
