pre-emptive replacement of electronics

I'd really appreciate a bit of advice - my 86 300e has had afew little upsets recently - i've replaced, in succesion, coolant temp sensor(rear), distributor, trans shifting modulator, fuel pump relay, starter motor. Not complaining, this is over a couple of years, its old and it runs beautifully. But I'm thinking of replacing a few things before they put me on the side of the road. I'd like a bit of advice from people who may have already gotten one of these up into the 200+ k area on whats most likely to give out.(at the moment I'm thinking about the crank angle sensor, oxy sensor maybe)
