I didn't bother reading all the replies but you have to get a splitter to save your poor bumper. If you got a CF one it would work well with the silver/black theme

Why? Cause it handles MUCH better than stock? Cause it looks cooler? Cause you have to rotate the tires once in a while?

n00bs. Suspension geometry own them.

Maybe I'm just a n00b too but... doesn't lowering these cars too much make them handle like go-karts? In other words POS. Of course it is all case-by-case and whether or not it is done right, but I just had to question an obvious mercedes-forum pro

One more thing, where is the best place to buy some bilstein sport shocks and H&R lowering springs? I found a set of shocks for $500 + shipping, springs were like $230 +shipping. Are these good prices?

No. Lower CG = better handling/less body roll...as long as the parts are all working properly and are properly designed (cut coils = crap).

POS and go kart handling should not be in the same sentence. Trust me on the suspension stuff

that much negative camber is a disaster for a street car. Im sure it handles like dog****, which im sure you know nothing about anyway.

124 a go kart? not in this life.

Go away, Troll, you know NOTHING about my experience. Disaster? How? Cause someone who knows equally nothing, like you, told you so? STFU and go back to the W210 forum....the one that handles like a BUS, not even as good as a W124.

how are you 'sure'?
i'm not an expert on these things, all i know is that after my car was lowered i can take corners a lot quicker than i used to before, the car is a lot more stable on the road, i have a lot less body roll, and overall my handling is significantly better. if all that equates to a 'disaster', then you are 100% correct. if not, then your in-depth studies correlating dog***** to automobile handling have been flawed. years of research, all for naught. shame.
