1995 E320 SE, 162,000 Miles (Sold)
WOW! It makes me sick that I can't own it. It would be pointless to bring a car like that to the island. It would be all dinged and scratched up in 6 months. There are at least 4 of them here, though. I would think it should probably bring close to $14,000.

i got my SL, with 27K miles on it it was 12 years old.
1K miles later. tranny, ball joints, just about every bushing, radiator hoses, needed replacing.
mercs like to be driven. when they sit, they ask for trouble!!!!!! just ask any mechanic.

Always being the skeptic I ran a VMI on it and this is the real deal.
It has three warranty claims. Throttle bushing, and two sign and drive roadsides, one for out of fuel and one for a jump start.

wow! good find. I think that thing could definitely get 10k. Looks like it's in great shape and it at least as lots of authentic AMG parts. Not sure if it's a true AMG though.

Buying a benz and only driving it 625 miles a year like buying a 72 inch plasma and only watching Dick Clark on New Years eve. That is just a shame and a waste of money. It is not like it is a Gullwing SL or a Rolls Silver spur that will gain value, It's a 300E. The e-class is the Benz that was meant to be driven by it's owner (along with the SL of course). That's like $32,000 of depreciation down the drain.

I didn't realize it had 190k miles on it. $10k might be steep. But it definitely looks like an AMG. Either it isn't an AMG or the owner doesn't know it is. Otherwise he would have written it all over the place in his listing.
