And would they fit with the 40 offset?

A +40 offset may have clearance issues with your brakes or possibly the control arms and/or shocks. +32-+35 would be ideal.

Additionally, you most likely will have rubbing problems with a 8" wheel, expect to roll your fender lips and/or install the AMG fender spacers for added clearance.

Nope, no clearance issues with +40....Should fit fine with no mods if you run 225/40/18 tires...

2PHAST - the BSA 321 is 18x8 +38 and i there is around 3/4 of a inch from the strut and 1" on the rear...I run 245 on the rear btw...

How did you deal with the rubbing issues? Did you roll your fender lips or use the AMG fender spacers?

225/40/18 all around didn't rub at all. When i went to 245s on the rear i only had to roll the fenders. I'm actually going to grind off the lip and flare out the fenders more to see if I can run 255/35/18. Also, you might want to take a hammer and hit the top of the inner fender to get more room.

they are nice and that's a decent deal. Keep looking im sure you will come across some AMG's or something or some other Mercedes wheels which could possibly look better, but I would say its not bad and you shouldn't have issues with the fitments.

I run 18 x 8 ET35 AMG replicas all around with 225/40/18 Falken FK452's.
H&R lowering springs and not even close to rubbing !!!!

Perfect +2 wheel / tire package....

The FK-452's are great all around performance tire.
Very smooth and quiet, no real road noise even with an agressive tread.
Will probably replace the OEM Michelins on my C43 with the Falkens at half the price !!!

Downside is in cold weather they won't hook up on a launch...

Only time at the drag strip it was 38 degrees, and I launced hard and smoked them for an 1/8 mile.
Turned 19 seconds , but managed 90MPH...
Walked it off the line and ran 5 seconds quicker and 9 mph faster.
I'll give it another go in early June when the asphalt is a bit stickier..

So if your not going to drag in cold weather, they are great...

Better then the old 17" Dunlops and Bridgestones that I previously ran which were more like riding on cement .
