Very rough vibration under 2000 RPM

Hello

I found many topic about vibration but my problem is bit different. My car W124 250D '89 is very roughly vibrating at any gear but first. The first gear is calm, nothing happens, second is noticeable of slight vibration, than each next gear is vibrating more and more. At fifth ohhh it is difficult to describe how rough it is. The source of sound comes somewhere from back so I suspected differential or some of it's component. Therefore I did renew whole rear axle mountings also with hardy disc between drive shaft and differential. I costed me a lot of money as far as I am only student and I am beginning to be hopeless, but I love my car so I know that this problem can be solved. Do you have any ideas what could help?

Thank you
