Refinished Wood Exchange Program

Hey guys,
So I went through and refinished all the wood trim I had laying around. Its got a fresh finish of spar urethane as per factory and I also have matching color sets. Check out the pictures, I think the results are great but judge for yourself.

Make sure that it matches up to your old wood trim otherwise some modification may be required like relocating switches.

Some for sedans, some for wagon options only. Look at the pictures.
I have 3 shifter surround wood, S1, S2, S3 and 5 Climate Control, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5.

If you find the piece you want, email me at ptoro02@yahoo.com and as a first come first serve basis, I will remove the sold pieces.

I would appreciate if you could send me your old pieces back so those who miss out on this round of wood trim may get in on the next one in a couple months.

Shifter Surround $150
Climate Control $100

Thanks,
Peter

That came out really good.

I'm actually thinking about removing all my wood entirely and painting them.

Whats in your CE?

I also have a set of burl that's been refinished and looks spectacular but that one I am most likely holding for my car. I'll also be doing a full batch in about 3 months when I get the courage to refinish some more. It took about 2 months of work and several layers to get it right. With all I know now, it should take me a month from start to finish. So if you want to send me your wood set, I'll be able to refinish yours too.

well done!! it makes me wonder how incredible my trim must've looked when new...

The grain really pops out with a new finish.

The only way I would ever do this is if I got another wood trim set from the junkyard and refinished it... Taking the dash apart for a week or two during the refinishing process does not sound fun to me!

The CE has burlwood, so I'd need that. My door panel wood is fine, just the center console and shift surround. How much would cost for you to refinish for me those two pieces?

The problem with doing only one or two pieces is that they will not match unless you refinish everything at the same time.

Ahh, okay, I understand what you mean. I just don't know how to remove all the other panels. I guess it will need to be done eventually :C

What did you use to refinish it? Tools? Materials? Steps?

Has anyone got a picture of painted wooden trims?
