I actually found a new product that I don't think can be beat. Vinylex by the makers of Lexol leather treatment. It has chemical compounds that work into the plastic to help keep it flexible. I have used it on the entire family fleet of cars and even used it to clean my company truck.
The shop guys had used some standard plastic "protectant" to "clean up" the interior, however it just added oil to dirt... this Vinylex cleans the plastic and makes it smell like a new 3-ring binder that has been out in the sun... Mmmm. If it smells like plastic, you know it's working.![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
My work truck with 80k on the clock and 6 years of grime looks like new, not glossy or oily, just clean new plastic.
