pls help how to adjust throttle or accelerator cable 300te 1992

hi there! my accelerator cable or maybe called throttle cable broke down the other day. so i already changed it but my only question is what is the proper adjustment to it. there is one adjustment in the pedal and one in the end of the cable which is connected to the throttle linkage. pls help! tnxs!
