How to remove Dash Speaker Grill

Hey guys. You all are light years beyond me when it comes to playing with audio upgrades. After seeing the recent posts i on your upgrades i'm a bit embarrassed.
My 95 cabrio must have torn paper in the passenger speaker because it rattles something awful, and drives me nuts. I've had to use the fader to cancel out the front speakers altogether just so i can avoid the the buzzing.
I simply want to replace the stock speakers with what MB offers but don't know how to remove the grill. Does it pry out? I'm afraid of screwing something up without a bit of guidance. Who can help me?
I am getting my hands full with upgrading the wheels, fixing the headrests and now this. I now appreciate why there is a forum........
Who can help a newbie??????

Is there a better drop in speaker made for the dash units without any modification?

I'd consider Rainbow speakers for drop in and Jehnert panels for more serious upgrades.

Speaker and grill removal

Thanks for the links and advice fellas. I'll be looking at the removal of the grills page now, then searching for the rainbow speakers.
Best to y'all

I found the speakers here.....http://www.iqcaraudio.com/

Will the rainbow speakers draw any more power than the OEM speakers? Will the Rainbows tax the electrical system?
I see that Rainbow offers a rear set too. Is there a remarkable and noticeable sound quality improvement with these Rainbow speakers?

The advert says they are drop in, any experience with them?

Just realized rear (deck) speakers won't drop into my cabrio. I'd better
get a cup of coffee here........

Any drop in speakers made to drop in on the rear side panels for a cabrio?
