New big valve cylinderhead almost ready
It gets new bigger valves, intake special made. New stiffer springs and better retainers and locks



And maybe more air to engine

What are the size of the new valves and where did you get the parts making these engine breath is the key to the power

Moi = Hello
New valve size are, exhaust 28mm = 1.1" and intake is 30.5mm = 1.2".
I work on car parts dealer so i bought all parts from my workplace.
Also come s stiffer valve spring and retainers. 604, 605 and 606 stock valve spring are very lousy.

I go now two turbo system. Now come s one little and one big turbo
Holset Hy35 on the low end and Hx50 on high end

Like this


I have now tested the engine at 3bar boost and works fine at Holset Super Hx40

My engine has N/A engine camshaft. Those has more lift and degrees than turbo camshafts. We make new ones those N/A camshafts. More lift and degrees.

Wow jeemu! Loving the idea of a DUAL turbo setup, maybe take a pic of the old valves and the new next to eachother for comparison? Machine work on the valve seats looks fabulous. Keep us updated!

DO you think you will eventually put this beast on a dyno? I'm interested in the numbers 3bar would put out

Thanks. I take picture when i go garage again.

This is dynod two times. First setup it give 380hp/580nm and second time 445hp/626nm. Hope it gives next time over 500hp

Now i have Holset Hy35 on and it spool very fast, but not good on high boost. Maybe 1.5bar and 6mm injection pump it works fine

Any way. Hy35 get a friend on. Next month comes Master Power. Kompressor 64mm and turbine 68,5mm

the hy35

I was thinking of that set up when does the boost come on and when does it fall off? I am only looking to make 250-300 hp with my 95 NA606. Also doesn't the 606 come with the 6mm elements in the stock pump?

Hello. What fall off? In my 605 boost comes fast
If i drive stable 3000rpm i have 0.3bar boost I think also at 606 has 6mm elements.

I took my new cylinder head on flow measuring.
Exhaust in pretty good but intake is behind it. We found what there is trouble and will wix it

Imukanava/modifioitu= Intake/modifield
Pakokanava/modifioitu=Exhaust/modifield

Not tested that much on hy35. Sylinderhead or gasket went broken . Luckily new head is almos ready This is sometimes motorsport
