Mb 2.5d 20v superturbo projekt
Hello. I have build w124 MB for a year now.
I bought orig 200d -87 and start the projekt. I bought -97 c Mb 2.5d 20v engine. I did have a lot of work of the body so i welded it a big time. Same time i weld wider arches new bigger wheels.
Engine is totally re build by me. New spcesial made H-profil rods and new bearings.
Intake manifold is modifield 606 diesel engine taken one sylinder of
turbo is Master Power and it has been good for this engine
Flywheel is cr special made for this car and has Bmw m3 Sachs Race cover assembly and 250 d driveplate. Drive plate i reblace with special made.
Here is my self made exhaust
There is a cooler
Now i have driven it 5000km and broke two transmissions.
I have ordered Tremec tko 600 transmission and i putting it this winter in the car. I have also 3.27 asd waiting installation.

Nice car, i'm very partial to the 'army theme thing', myself!

Let me get this straight is that a diesel? if so might be extremely intrested since no smog with diesel in California?

hey man is that hood off a 94-95 or is it an older model hood with a molded grille surround? It looks better than the usual facelift hoods I see.

Oh woops, I didnt pay early enough attention to the fabrication pictures. Youre right.
Was it cut like that for clearance issues or were you going for the cowl induction effect?
