Oh man this sounds great. I better hurry up and decide on the tires. Thanks 16v and Zorro for your help. I've got some research to do. The rest area sounds good to me. There shouldn't be a problem getting the benz road-worthy so count me in!

Ohhhh, Wolfie!!! ![slap](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/slap.gif)
I was thinking of a "Marconi" wireless, or a crystal set. How's your Morse code?
Cheap 10-channel walkie-talkies from Best Buy have a range of 3 - 5 miles, and many people use them. Smart Aleck!

I was thinking that BC/Bellingham/Seattle crew should meet somewhere close to Seattle, so we can all drive together to meet others. My suggestion is Northgate Park and Ride by Northgate Mall, which is right off the I-5. Park and Ride is probably the best because Northgate Mall parking will be packed that day and it's only two blocks away from the mall (plenty of parking). Lets meet around 1200-1230. Here is the link to Northgate Park and Ride: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=e...y+4&iwloc=addr
Here is the link to where we are going to meet the rest of people: http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q=...19226&t=h&z=16
Thoughts/suggestion?

why don't we all meet up here at the kings Gate PARK and ride its on the way for all the Vancuver boys easier for you guys its all straight up as you head from canada down just keep south and to get off the exit its exit 22? yes no? North Gate seems kinda confusing for me and especially for the Canadians lol this way we stop here and hop right on the freeway headed towards federal way to our destination, i think its a better place....
you guys ask RIK too am sure he knows the Kings Gate Parking ride even better and can give some more clearer info...
***its a thought

haha sorry about that one. the whole radio thing seemed too humerous to me... But yea I guess walkie talkies would work. My dad has one that I may be able to use. But if someone is really behind then wouldn't cell phones be more useful? Not to put your idea down or anything, walkie talkies would work great once we get into the city.
So, I'll be at the Bow Hill rest area at about 10:00. the train leaves no later than 10:45!
I'm confused as to where we will meet in seattle before we head to 272nd park and ride. and I'm pretty clueless when it comes seattle/tacoma

I thought that it would be easier to meet somewhere close by I-5, but if we do decide to go with Kingsgate Park and Ride, BC/Bellingham crew would have to get off of the I-5 onto I-405, then once we get together back onto I-405/I-5. If we can all find Northgate Mall, I am willing to drive around and round everybody up!

I vote for northgate park and ride. It looks easy.
Sooo assuming we meet at northgate, then we head south to the 272nd park and ride correct? And from there to pacific raceway? where is that?

This would be the link to the Pacific Raceway location:
http://www.mapquest.com/maps?city=Ke...::d::25:::::/e
That is a few miles east of the Park and Ride at 272nd St.
Drive south on the I-5 until we hit the intersection for Hwy 18 East and follow that until you see the Raceway on the right, at 304th St.
If you checked the www.nwtoyrun.com link, you know as much as me now.

Once we meet at Northgate Park and Ride, we will drive to 272'nd Park and Ride and after that it's up to the people in charge for the event. I am assuming that it will be some kind of organized ride to the Raceway. That is all I know, this will be my first time as well. Can't wait!

More people
It looks like OmegaBenz, a prominent member from many sites, but especially, 500Ecstasy, will be bringing his 500E. This person knows an incredible amount about W124's.
It is possible that a well-loved TV personality may appear, too.![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
I don't want to say more right now, or risk disappointing anyone, as this may be premature.

Entering Seattle us mercedes guys will meet at the Northgate Park and Ride.
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=e...y+4&iwloc=addr
From there we will head to the 272nd park and ride as stated in the original post. This is where we will meet with some of the other enthusiasts.
http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q=...19226&t=h&z=16
After that we head to our final destination. Pacific raceway.

So yea there is a lot of stops to make. Hopefully that was clear enough. And hopefully we can all make it there with our sanity haha. Drive safe!
