Tool to Drain Transmission/ Rear End

Anyone know the size of the hex tool to drain trans and rear end on my 300E?

Harbor tool and freight has a hex set that fits on your 3/8 ratchet that includes all the sizes you need for your car. very good price. I have the set and it is surprisingly good quality. LINK http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=98229

If you're talking about the rear differential I believe its a square bit. At least it is on mine. There is a special sized tool you are supposed to use but a half inch drive socket wrench without a socket on it should work.

Mine is definitely 6 sided for both trans and rear. Wish they weren't

Working from memory, my diff requires a 14mm allen wrench, tranny requires 5mm allen wrench.
