lots of cars
I was bored so i started a little project....
So, I passed by my upholstery supply shop and i decided i wanted a darker lighter suede. This is the process on the A pillar and i'm going to do this to most of the panels on the car.
Tip 1... always cut 1/4 to 1/2 around the part.
Tip 2.... I use one brush to spread the adhesive and the other to remove air bubbles and apply equal pressure to all the part.
Tip 3.... TAKE YOUR TIME!!!

It's not that hard to remove any of the pillars. It's just clips and unbolting the seat belts. You just pull the vinyl off so it's pretty easy. No, 190e seats don't really work. If you need upholstery for the driver seat just find a 300e passenger side seat and take the upholstery off. The passenger side is almost never damaged and it fits on the driver side too. I did that when i deleted the arm rest on my car and didn't want the hole.

Yeah, we do mostly sell online now so i really just sit here all day checking emails.
It's not the expensive ultra suede ($39/yard) but it's commercial grade and should stand up to UV rays. I got 5 yards @ $10/each plus $8 for the can of adhesive.
After I finish this, i'm going to restore the black vinyl with shoe polish...it works!
Here's the back of the seat...

Well, I can do way better if i had time because im tiered after working on my mustangs. Also, the thing holding me back is paint because i want to do all kinds of things to the outside specially 18x9.5 with a small fender flare on the rear. I want a carbon fiber rear trunk and roof but i dunno how that's gonna look.
