Auxiliary Water Pump - Anyone Know Where It Is

Auxiliary Water Pump - Anyone Know Where It Is
Thanks to ps2cho's great website with all it's wonderful information, I found an article about a guy basically narrowing down his erratic climate control issues to the auxiliary water pump. I want to give it a go and disconnect it but I don't know where it is. I found a picture of what it looks like:

Yep, right side of engine bay(Viewed when sitting in drivers seat) below the Coolant expansion tank.. Clue is the coolant lines running to and from it!

If you follow your heater hoses, you will find two units; the one you seek and the heater control unit (not sure if MB calls it that) more towards the battery.
