Bottom of air flap lots cracks

I took my fuel distributor off and found the rubber housing on the flap has many cracks. Hopefully that is whats causing my ruff idle. How do I take the fuel distributor off? Remove the three screws up top? Everything is way dirty so Im cleaning and gonna replace the o rings etc. Please send me a DIY link I cant find one!!

Don't be so negative...quite a few don't even know this part exists.
I've yet to see one that isn't cracked or is beginning to crack.
It causes many of the vacuum leak problems that owners can't find when trying to get the KE-Jetronic III to run properly

The vendor calls it a "air guide duct" , but I believe the correct name is "air guide housing"
