To answer your question, no. This is the wheel/airbag introduced in model year 1992. But...you could retrofit the wheel/airbag to your 1990 300ce, you would just need a horn contact ring from a 92/93 model.

Ah, figured (thanks much Rik). I have to bookmark that thread where you answered this question before. Count me out then Cannon and Brabus, I'll sit this one out till I find a whole wheel solution.
